A. Booking / Reservation

Once you have decided on your booking and services required please:

• Complete the Booking/Reservation form provided
• Make sure you provide us your correct e-mail address. You will get a reply immediately or within 3 woking hours depends on which service you use.
  - International Air Tickets all airlines: confirm immediately by automatic booking system
  - Thailand Domestic Air Tickets for Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways & Lion Air : response immediately by automatic booking system
  - Thailand Domestic Air Tickets for Orient Thai Airlines & Happy Airway : response within 3 working hours
  - Group Tour & Package Tour Reservations: response within 3 working hours
  - Hotel Reservations : confirm immediately by automatic booking system
  
• We would like to advise you to use the name and family names as appeared is your passport to avoid possible complications.

B. Payment

There are 2 payment systems:

1 Secure credit card on-line payment system

• eTravelWay.com's on-line payment system is absolutely safe and is guaranteed by Bank of Ayudhya PCL using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
• All credit card information are transmitted to the bank's data transmission system and confidentiality is guaranteed by Bank of Ayudhya PCL.
• eTravelWay.com will never record any credit card data. Hence, guaranteeing no misuse of your credit card. Your will always pay directly to Bank of Ayudhya PCL.
• Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are acceptable through this system.
• American Express credit card can make payment through mail order system using
  credit card payment form
• In case you have problem with payment system, you can use credit card payment form instead.

• Changes in bookings must be sent by e-mail to

      [email protected] - in case of air ticket reservation
      [email protected] - in case of hotel reservation
  or by fax to 66(0) 2748 6246-7. Please, specify your booking code every time.
• Please, never send your booking cancellation directly to hotels or airlines.
• eTravelWay.com will confirm your cancellation or booking changes by e-mail once the process is completed
